Let Only Fee 9.6% of rent for term of tenancy, paid up front
Let and Collect Fee 12% of monthly rent, payable monthly
Management Fee 14.4% of monthly rent, payable monthly
We are members of the Property Redress Scheme, membership number PRS004463
All deposits held by Pickwick Estates are held in the Deposit Protection Service (DPS). We also offer Reposit, a deposit alternative scheme (subject to Landlord agreement).
We are members of the Client Money Protect Scheme, and all rental monies are processed through Payprop, a third party accounting system, which timestamps all payments in and out.
